What does the Cloud plan include?
The Cloud plan includes 50 hours of transcription per month in 100+ languages. It has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time.
What is the difference between Cloud and Local?
Cloud transcribes online with no model to install and is paid through a monthly subscription. Local transcribes on your PC after downloading a model and unlocks for life with one payment.
Where is my data stored?
In cloud mode, your audio is sent only for the time needed to transcribe it, then is not retained by Ondula. In local mode, your voice never leaves your computer. Your account data is hosted in the European Union. We comply with the GDPR.
